This scroll certifies that the holder has met the competency and qualification standards of the ECF-AML/CFT (Core Level), as established and recognised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), for performing AML/CFT compliance roles within Authorized Institutions (AIs). This certification is subject to annual renewal, contingent upon meeting the re-certification requirements, including the completion of relevant CPD activities.
