This scroll certifies that the holder has met the competency and qualification standards of the ECF- Credit Risk Management (Core Level), as established and recognised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), for performing essential job roles in credit function within Authorized Institutions (AIs). This certification is subject to annual renewal, contingent upon meeting the re-certification requirements, including the completion of relevant CPD activities.
