                                    香港銀行學會年報二○二四The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers Annual Report 20243管治架構Governance Structure香港銀行學會採用三層企業管治架構,由議會、理事會及秘書處組成。該架構為擬定策略及實際執行釐清訂定方向和運營管理的角色。HKIB adopts a three-tier governance structure that comprises the Council, the Executive Committee, and the Secretariat. It separates the roles of direction setting and operations management in strategy formation and implementation.議會負責制訂學會的中期和長遠發展路向,並就學會發展事務向理事會提供意見。The CouncilResponsible for setting HKIB’s medium to long-term direction and advising the Executive Committee on institutional development matters.理事會The ExecutiveCommittee負責監管和統籌學會的日常運作,包括培訓、頒授資格,及與香港、中國內地和海外組織聯繫,並按情況分配工作至其他委員會。Responsible for overseeing the management of HKIB, including the provision of training, awarding of qualifications, and HKIB’s collaborations with organisations in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas, and delegating tasks to other committees as necessary.秘書處負責應理事會及其他委員會就發展方針及策略提供的方向及指引執行日常會務。The SecretariatResponsible for the day-to-day operations of HKIB upon advice and guidance on development strategies and policy matters given by the Executive Committee and other committees.
