6香港銀行學會年報二○二四The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers Annual Report 2024專業資歷課程ProfessionalQualificationProgrammes銀行專業會士CertifiedBanker「銀行專業會士」是香港銀行學會的旗艦銀行專業資歷課程，為從業員提供多種通用、專業和策略性的技能組合課程。這是首個獲香港資歷架構認可的銀行專業資歷，屬7級資歷架構中的第6級，資歷級別等同碩士學位水平。這個課程旨在促進共同的金融業資歷基準，為從業員提供更好的事業前景和清晰的專業資歷發展階梯。TheCertifiedBanker(CB)isHKIB’sflagshipbanking-orientedprofessionalqualificationprogrammethatoffersabroadrangeofgeneral,specialistandstrategicskillsetstopractitioners.ItisthefirstprofessionalbankingqualificationinHongKongaccreditedatQFLevel6—equivalenttothatofamaster’sdegreelevel.Itaimstopromoteacommon qualification benchmarktoprovidepractitionerswithbettercareerprospectsandaclearvocationalqualificationspathway.銀行專業資歷架構EnhancedCompetencyFramework「銀行專業資歷架構」是個為香港銀行從業員建立的行業通用專業資歷架構。香港銀行學會聯同香港金融管理局及有關專業團體推出這個架構，以加強銀行的風險管理能力。建立套通用和具有透明度的專業資歷標準能夠為銀行的新入職者提供更有效的培訓，並為現有的從業員提供專業發展。目前，學會可提供以下專業課程TheEnhancedCompetencyFramework(ECF)isanindustry-widecompetencyframeworkforBankingPractitionersinHongKong.IncollaborationwiththeHongKongMonetaryAuthority(HKMA)andrelevantprofessionalbodies,theECFwaslaunchedtoenhancetheriskmanagementcapabilityofbanks.Theavailabilityofasetofcommonandtransparentcompetencystandardsenablesmoreeffectivetrainingfornewentrantsandprofessionaldevelopmentforexistingpractitioners.Currently,HKIBissupportingthefollowingprofessionalworkstreams:‧\t打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集Anti-MoneyLaunderingandCounter-FinancingofTerrorism(AML/CFT)‧\t信貸風險管理CreditRiskManagement(CRM)‧\t合規Compliance‧\t網絡安全Cybersecurity‧\t金融科技Fintech‧\t綠色和可持續金融Green and Sustainable Finance‧\t業務操作風險管理OperationalRiskManagement(ORM)‧\t私人財富管理*PrivateWealthManagement(PWM)*‧\t零售財富管理RetailWealthManagement(RWM)*香港銀行學會為單元2（即CPWP單元2）提供培訓和考試。*HKIBprovidestrainingandexaminationforModule2(i.e.CPWPModule2).資歷及項目一覽Qualifications and Programmes at a Glance
