香港銀行學會年報二○二四The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers Annual Report 20249銀行業銜接課程Future Banking Bridging Programme與香港金融管理局聯合推出的「銀行業銜接課程」旨在為大學生做好準備，迎接未來銀行業的新挑戰，成為新代銀行人才。該計劃費用全免，課程由業界專業人士親自教授，主題涵蓋銀行業熱門業務領域的實用知識，尤其是金融科技和綠色金融等方面。In collaboration with the HKMA, the Future Banking Bridging Programme (FBBP) aims to better prepare university students to be “future-ready” and become the next generation of bankers. The programme is free and comprises short courses taught by industry practitioners, covering practical knowledge in popular areas of banking, particularly fintech and green finance.銀行業導航Banking GPS「銀行業導航」是個站式網上資源平台，旨在進步加深年輕代對銀行業發展前景和機會的了解。除了介紹銀行前中後台主要部門的職能架構、業務工作及晉升階梯外，平台更特別為正在或打算尋找銀行工作的年輕人提供求職錦囊和銀行家的經驗分享。平台亦整合各大銀行的職位空缺，務求提供多個渠道便利有興趣入行的人士尋找工作機會。BankingGPSisaone-stopindustrydirectoryfordeepeningtheyoung’sunderstandingofbankingprospectsandopportunities.Itintroducesthestructure,jobresponsibilitiesandcareerpathsofmajorfunctionsinabankacrossthefront,middleandbackoffices;aswellasprovidesjob-huntingtipsandexperiencesharingfromindustrypractitioners.Theplatformalsoputstogetherjobopeningsindifferentbanks,makingitahandyadditionalchannelforinterestedindividualstofindoutaboutcareeropportunities.
