HKIB has established itself as a vital nexus for industry collaboration, and I am pleased to highlight our key accomplishments that have paved the way for continuous growth, and to articulate a concrete vision for a future that embraces change.Sustained Growth and Industry RecognitionFor over six decades, HKIB has played a pivotal role in the development of banking talent in Hong Kong. Serving more than 16,000 members, HKIB is one of the largest and most prominent professional bodies in Hong Kong%u2019s financial service industry. HKIB is distinguished by its widely recognised certification and training programmes, which underscores our unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional competence.To nurture and elevate banking practitioners of today and tomorrow, in 2024, we organised around 90 events and supported 60 partner events, representing a growth of 30% and 20% respectively compared to the previous year.
