The Institute remained dedicated to establishing a Common Qualification Benchmark for both current and prospective banking professionals through its Certified Banker, Enhanced Competency Framework, and Continuing Development Programmes. Throughout the year, HKIB ensured that qualification holders received the relevant, up-to-date knowledge necessary to navigate the evolving demands and advancements of the industry.推動業界人才發展Promoting Talent Development for the Industry學會與議會銀行、香港金融管理局、教育局、高等教育機構和銀行業界緊密合作，積極提供多元課程、行業活動、獎勵計劃和合作項目。學會持續致力培訓、認可和吸引業內人才，深化現有聯繫，建立新合作，促進溝通並凝聚行業持份者的團結力量，為香港銀行業生態系統可持續發展作出重要貢獻。HKIB actively organised a diverse range of programmes, industry events, award schemes, and collaborative initiatives in partnership with Council Banks, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Education Bureau, higher education institutions, and the broader banking community. The Institute consistently demonstrated its commitment to nurturing, recognising, and attracting talent across the sector. By strengthening existing connections and building new ones, fostering dialogue, and promoting unity among industry stakeholders, HKIB contributed meaningful value to the ongoing development of Hong Kong’s banking ecosystem.聯繫會員及持份者Connecting with our Members and Stakeholders學會利用不同渠道與會員及持份者聯繫，包括主要論壇、免費會員活動、交流機會及其雙月刊《今日銀行業》。這些舉措有助維持會員參與度、促進有意義的對話、推動專業成長及鼓勵合作，鞏固學會作為銀行業內可信賴的交流和學習平台的角色。HKIB leverages different channels to connect with our Members and stakeholders, including key industry conferences, free membership events, networking opportunities, and its bimonthly journal, Banking Today. These initiatives sustain member engagement, foster meaningful dialogue, promote professional growth, and encourage collaboration, reinforcing HKIB’s role as a trusted platform for connection and learning within the banking industry.環境、社會、企業管治Environmental, Social and Governance學會深明推動環境、社會及管治的重要性。透過各種活動及奉行環保政策，學會積極參與促進可持續環境的交流。此外，學會致力於加強社區參與及改善員工福利，於機構內部及所服務的社區帶來具意義的影響。HKIB acknowledges the critical role of promoting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. The Institute actively participates in discussions on environmental sustainability through various local initiatives and the adoption of eco-friendly policies.
