The Institute remained dedicated to establishing a Common Qualification Benchmark for both current and prospective banking professionals through its Certified Banker, Enhanced Competency Framework, and Continuing Development Programmes. Throughout the year, HKIB ensured that qualification holders received the relevant, up-to-date knowledge necessary to navigate the evolving demands and advancements of the industry.
