36香港銀行學會年報二○二四The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers Annual Report 2024學會致力提升銀行從業員的專業技能，透過開辦多元化的持續專業發展(CPD)課程，為各級從業員從基礎到高階提供知識更新、技能提升與專業拓展的學習平台。參加者不僅能實現個人的職業發展目標，更能掌握行業最新動態與趨勢，保持競爭優勢。B.E.S.T.培訓證書課程由金管局、香港銀行公會和香港銀行學會聯合發佈的《2021–2025年未來銀行業人才》研究報告，確立了實現銀行業可持續發展的四大關鍵技能缺口：1.大灣區銀行業務知識(GBA)2.環境、社會及管治(ESG)3.軟技能4.科技與數據應用為此，香港銀行學會於2021年推出B.E.S.T證書課程，該課程共12小時，由四個單元組成，系統性地涵蓋上述關鍵技能缺口。自推出以來，B.E.S.T.證書課程已吸引逾千名現職和新晉銀行從業員參與，以獲得有關此等優先範疇的基礎知識。HKIB is dedicated to upskilling banking practitioners in Hong Kong by offering a diverse range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) public courses. These programmes — from entry-level to advanced level — help bankers maintain, upgrade, and broaden their knowledge and professionalism. By participating, bankers can not only achieve their personal career goals but also stay ahead with the latest industry insights and trends.B.E.S.T. Certificate ProgrammeThe “Capacity Building for Future Banking 2021–2025” report, jointly published by the HKMA, The Hong Kong Association of Banks, and HKIB, identified four critical talent gaps essential for supporting the sustainable growth of the banking sector. These include:1.Banking knowledge in the Greater Bay Area (GBA)2.Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)3.Soft skills4.Technology and dataIn response, HKIB launched the B.E.S.T. Certificate Programme in 2021, a structured 12-hour training initiative comprising four modules that comprehensively address each of the identified talent gaps.Since its launch, the B.E.S.T.
