44香港銀行學會年報二○二四The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers Annual Report 20242024年銀行業銜接課程Future Banking Bridging Programme (FBBP) 2024培育未來人才Nurturing Future TalentAs a joint effort between the HKMA and HKIB, the FBBP 2024 marked the fourth edition designed for university students to gain first-hand, interactive experience in banking, along with in-depth insights into some of the fastest-growing areas of the industry, including the latest technology, green finance, and cross-border banking. Over two and a half days, the programme received enthusiastic participation, attracting over 300 applicants from 12 local universities.Day 1Four senior bankers shared their views on areas including Greater Bay Area banking, ESG, soft skills, and technology. Nearly 30 bankers from 12 banks provided mentorship to the participants, offering support based on real-world experience.「銀行業銜接課程」為金管局與香港銀行學會的合作項目，2024年已舉辦至第四屆。該課程旨在讓大學生獲得與銀行業相關的親身互動體驗，並深入了解銀行業多個快速發展的領域，包括最新科技、綠色金融和跨境銀行業務。課程獲得學生的熱烈響應，為期兩天半的培訓吸引了超過300名來自12所本地大學的學生報名。第一天四位資深銀行家就大灣區銀行業務、環境、社會及管治、軟技能和科技等領域分享意見。來自12家銀行的近30名銀行家擔任導師，根據自身經驗為參與者提供指導和支援。
