香港銀行學會年報二○二四The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers Annual Report 202445第二天五位經驗豐富的銀行家首先分享對在銀行界發展事業的見解、指引和個人經歷，隨後學生就第天討論的議題進行演說。今年，學會新增「NetworkingCorner」環節讓學生有機會與來自13間銀行的近60名銀行業專業人士互動交流，發掘實習機會。第三天勝出團隊獲得了於恒生銀行參觀半天的寶貴機會，他們參觀了信貸風險管理、財富投資管理等多個部門，以了解銀行日常運作。「商校合作計劃」由教育局、金管局及學會合辦商校合作計劃：「未來銀行家職涯規劃點部署」銀行家體驗工作坊於2024年7月5日在星展銀行DgHub舉行。該計劃專為中四至中六的高中生而設，活動包括與銀行家對話、辦公室室導覽、工作坊和團體比賽，旨在加深學生對未來銀行職業的基本知識並協助其進行生涯規劃。星展銀行代表包括高級團隊負責人和研究生助理，分享有關數碼轉型和個人事業發展的寶貴見解，幫助學生從實際應用的角度認識不斷變化的銀行業所帶來的機遇。Day 2Five seasoned bankers first shared insights, guidance, and personal journeys from their banking careers, followed by presentations from the students on the topics discussed on Day 1.This year, a new session called Networking Corner was introduced, giving students the opportunity to engage with nearly 60 banking professionals from 13 different banks and explore potential banking internship opportunities.Day 3The winning team had the valuable opportunity to spend half a day at Hang Seng Bank, visiting banking departments such as Credit Risk Management and Wealth Investment Management, to get a glimpse of the daily banking operations.Business School Partnership Programme (BSPP)Co-organised with the Education Bureau and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, an interactive career exploration activity was held at DBS DigiHub on 5 July 2024. Designed for senior secondary school students from Form 4 to Form 6, the programme featured banker dialogues, an office tour, a workshop, and a group project aimed at enhancing students’ understanding of future banking careers and supporting their life planning. Speakers from DBS, including senior team heads and graduate associates, shared valuable insights on digital transformation and their personal career journeys, providing students with a practical perspective on opportunities within the evolving banking landscape.
