Designed for senior secondary school students from Form 4 to Form 6, the programme featured banker dialogues, an office tour, a workshop, and a group project aimed at enhancing students%u2019 understanding of future banking careers and supporting their life planning. Speakers from DBS, including senior team heads and graduate associates, shared valuable insights on digital transformation and their personal career journeys, providing students with a practical perspective on opportunities within the evolving banking landscape.
