In 2024, HKIB hosted 28 study drives for Mainland Chinese banking delegations, including state-owned banks, visiting Hong Kong. These drives included arrangements for courses, site visits, and exchanges on various topics, including green finance, economic and financial trends, opportunities in the GBA, and digital transformation. By leveraging Hong Kong%u2019s position as an international financial centre, the Institute has facilitated knowledge and experience sharing between Mainland banks and local or multinational banks in Hong Kong.
