The newsletter has a 54% open rate, which is 14% higher than the market average.As Hong Kong’s key provider of professional training and a leading certification hub, HKIB supports Members’ continuous learning and professional growth through Banking Today, a bilingual journal published every two months. The Journal features in-depth articles, expert insights, and institutional developments, serving as a trusted source of information for banking professionals and financial institutions both in Hong Kong and overseas. Each issue is accessible on the HKIB website, with the Cover Story freely available to the public.Media EngagementHKIB prioritises transparency and open, two-way communication with the public regarding its business updates and key initiatives. In 2024, HKIB issued six press releases and published 12 opinion pieces in Sing TaoDaily,allattributedtoCarrieLEUNG,ChiefExecutiveOfficer.Furthermore, HKIB conducted ten media interviews and hosted one media luncheon, facilitating in-depth dialogue. These ongoing media engagements underscore HKIB’s role as a thought leader, its commitment to professional excellence, and help enhance understanding of HKIB’s values and achievements.Networking ActivitiesRegular networking activities hosted by HKIB provide Members with a platform to socialise, exchange ideas, and expand their professional networks. Twice a year, New Member Events are held to introduce new joiners to HKIB’s mission, vision, and comprehensive range of benefits and services. These gatherings also create an inclusive and welcoming environment for both senior bankers and new Members to connect, fostering a strong sense of community and encouraging industry-wide collaboration.多媒體與刊物為了與會員和主要持份者加強聯繫,學會每星期兩次刊載電子通訊,及時提供最新會員資訊、培訓課程、考試安排和行業最新動態等資料。電子通訊的開信率為54%,較市場平均高出14%。作為香港專業培訓的主要提供者及領先的認證中心,學會透過每兩個月出版次的雙語期刊《今日銀行業》,支援會員的持續學習及專業發展。該期刊涵蓋深入文章、專家見解及機構動向作為香港及海外銀行業專業人士和金融機構值得信賴的資訊來源。每期內容均可於學會網站查閱,而封面故事則免費開放予公眾瀏覽。聯繫媒體學會以透明度為優先考慮事項,並就業務最新發展及主要舉措與公眾保持開放的雙向溝通。於2024年全賴行政總裁梁嘉麗學會發出六份新聞稿,在《星島日報》刊登了12篇評論文章。此外,學會接受了十次傳媒採訪,並舉辦了次傳媒午餐會,進行深入對話。持續聯繫媒體突顯學會作為思想領袖的角色,體現其對追求卓越的承諾並有助公眾更了解學會的價值觀和成就。聯繫活動學會定期舉辦聯繫活動,為會員提供社交、交流意見及拓展專業網絡的平台。學會每年舉辦兩次新會員活動,向新會員介紹學會的使命、願景以及全面的福利和服務。這些聚會亦為資深銀行家及新會員營造包容和融洽的環境,讓其建立聯繫,從而培養強烈的互助意識,並鼓勵業界協作。
