In 2024, HKIB actively supported a range of local initiatives and awards that promote Hong Kong’s sustainable development, including the Hong Kong Green FinTech Summit, Ming Pao’s ESG Award 2024, Bloomberg Businessweek’s Sixth ESG Leading Enterprises, IFPHK Financial Education and ESG Leadership Awards 2024, Sing Tao’s Outstanding ESG Enterprises Recognition Scheme 2024, and Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) alongside the Environment and Ecology Bureau’s Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence. Through ongoing efforts, HKIB continues to facilitate collaboration among industry leaders, encourage responsible business practices, and contribute to building a greener, more sustainable future for the city.Facility ManagementTo create a more engaging and collaborative work environment, HKIB completed an office renovation project, celebrated with an Opening Ceremony on 30 May 2024. The newly reconfigured seating layout enhances communication and workflow by positioning team members from each section centrally. The revamped breakout area, now named iZone, encourages greater interaction among staff. These enhancements reflect HKIB’s ongoing commitment to cultivating a dynamic and connected workplace.學會明白環境和氣候變化對其業務的持續及潛在影響，認為積極提高可持續發展的意識、透明度和績效至關重要。行業發展作為知識交流和分享最佳案例的平台，學會定期舉辦可持續發展、綠色金融和環境、社會及企業管治為主題的網絡研討會、交流和活動。2024年，學會積極支持多項推動香港可持續發展的本地計劃及獎項，包括「香港綠色金融科技論壇」、明報的「環境、社會及企業管治大獎2024」、彭博商業周刊的「第六屆ESG領先企業」、香港財務策劃師學會的「理財教育及ESG領袖大獎2024」、星島的「ESG認證計劃暨嘉許禮2024」，以及由環境運動委員會（環運會）聯同環境及生態局舉辦的「香港環境卓越大獎」。學會努力不懈，繼續促進業界領袖之間的合作，鼓勵負責任的商業實踐，為建設一個更綠色、更可持續的城市作出貢獻。設施管理為營造更具互動性的工作環境，學會已完成辦公室翻新項目，並於2024年5月30日舉行開幕典禮。重新設計的座位佈局集中各部門的團隊成員，從而加強溝通和提升工作效率。翻新的休憩區命名為Zone，旨在鼓勵員工之間的互動交流。這些優化措施反映學會致力於營造充滿活力和緊密聯繫的工作空間。環境Environment
