Managed by the human resources department, this platform enables staff to share ideas and feedback, supporting operational enhancements and a collaborative culture. All submissions are treated with care and addressed respectfully and promptly.學會亦致力於員工發展，推出「樹洞」計劃鼓勵開放溝通及持續改進。該平台由人力資源部門管理，使員工可分享想法和反饋有助提升營運效率和建立合作文化。學會重視每則反饋，確保所有意見得到認真對待、回覆與及時處理。VIBERSVital/VividEnergetic/EnjoyableInnovativeRecreationalBreath-taking/BoldSustainableVBERS這員工康樂會於2023年成立，旨在加強同事的歸屬感及幸福感。2024年，VBERS在學會贊助下由專責員工組織多元活動，促進全體員工的合作與交流。這些活動與學會的核心價值觀高度一致，有助促進員工之間的默契，著重團隊建設。除了聖誕派對等週年節慶活動外，過往活動包括燒烤和親子行山、深圳「快樂星期五」、辦公室逃脫遊戲及學會Switch運動等。VBERS透過各種體育及團隊建設活動，營造了正面的工作氛圍。VIBERS,astaffrecreationclublaunchedin2023,aimstoenhancecolleagues’ sense of belonging and the wellbeing. Largely aligned with HKIB’s core values, the activities enhance synergy among staff and emphasise team building. Apart from annual festive celebrations like the Christmas party, notable past events included a BBQ and a Family Walk, Happy Friday in Shenzhen, Office Escape, and HKIB Switch Sports Day. Through various sports and team-building initiatives, VIBERShascultivatedapositiveworkplace.學習和發展學會為僱員提供免費參加專業資格課程包括「銀行專業會士」課程及銀行專業資歷架構課程，並提供持續發展課程及參與各類學會活動，如香港銀行家峰會和網絡安全解決方案日。員工亦可使用Go1Goal網上學習平台和報讀各項教育贊助課程。Learning and DevelopmentHKIB provides its employees with the opportunity to participate such as Professional Qualification Programmes (Certified Banker Programme and Enhanced Competency Framework Programmes), Continuing Development Programmes and other Institute events (e.g., Annual Banking Conference and HKIB Cybersecurity Solutions Day) at no cost. Staff members also have access to the Go1Goal online learning platform and various education sponsorship programmes.
