48香港銀行學會年報二○二四The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers Annual Report 2024In August 2024, HKIB collaborated with China Banking Association, the HKMA, and the Guangzhou Nansha New Area Hong Kong Service Centre to organise the Mainland Economics and Finance Elite Seminar for C-level executives. Launched in 2011, the programme aims to deepen Hong Kong banking professionals’ understanding of Mainland China’s macroeconomic development through insightful seminars and on-site visits.2024年8月，學會與中國銀行業協會、金管局及廣州市南沙區香港服務中心合作，為銀行高管舉辦「香港銀行家內地經濟金融研修班」。該計劃於2011年推出旨在透過課堂分享和實地考察，加深香港銀行家對中國內地宏觀經濟發展的了解。To further strengthen academic exchange between Hong Kong, Macao, and the broader GBA, HKIB and Macau Institute of Financial Services co-hosted the inaugural “Macao Financial Talent Development Day” on 12 April 2024. With over 100 Macao bankers andUniversityofMacaustudents,alongsidemorethan100HongKong financial professionals participating online, the event serves as an important platform for industry leaders to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. The event also marked the official launch of the “Specialist Certificate in Green Finance and Sustainability” (Specialist Certificate in GFS) programme in Macao, designed to equip talent with expertise in green finance.為進步加強香港、澳門及大灣區學術交流，香港銀行學會與澳門金融學會於2024年4月12日合辦首屆「澳門金融專才發展日」。是次活動為行業領袖促進專業發展和知識共享的重要平台吸引逾100名澳門從業員和澳門大學學生參與，亦有過百位香港金融從業員以線上形式參加活動。是次活動亦標誌「綠色金融與可持續發展」證書計劃在澳門正式推出，旨在支持當地綠色金融發展的人才培訓。
