This module empowers individuals with essential knowledge, tools, and techniques for effective strategic planning and leadership. Additionally, the series includes a networking session, providing attendees with the opportunity to connect with industry peers in a collegial atmosphere. Certified Bankers share their insights with current learners, emphasising the vital role of mentorship in shaping the next generation of bankers.
