We are proactively addressing the evolving talent needs of the banking industry through innovative upskilling and reskilling initiatives, ensuring that our Members are equipped to thrive in the face of change.We have expanded our range of professional qualifications to a total of 31, reinforcing HKIB%u2019s position as a leading provider of training and certification hub. Participation in our Continuing Development Programmes has surged by 39% compared to 2023, reaching nearly 9,000 enrolments. This growth underscores the strong demand for industryrecognised credentials and reflects our ongoing commitment to nurturing talent.Our new Top Bankers Sharing Series serves as a valued platform where industry leaders generously share their insights, inspiring the next generation of talent. As a vital connector, HKIB bridges the gap between industry demand and the aspirations of young talent from local educational institutions, creating a vibrant community of future banking professionals.Fostering a Culture of Innovation and EngagementBeyond our external initiatives, we are committed to investing in internal transformation to enhance our Members%u2019 learning and engagement. The launch of MyHKIB, our new cloud-based membership portal, has significantly improved the user experience for training, examinations, and membership services.To further enrich this digital experience, we have optimised our customer relationship management (CRM) system by automating various backend processes. This automation not only streamlines operations but also empowers us to provide timely and personalised support to our Members.
